We have several showrooms across Melbourne and beyond. Our main Dandenong outlet is located at 64-70 Frankston-Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175. We also have stores in Hoppers Crossing.

3. What is your delivery timeframe?
For most online orders within Australia, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. For metro areas, we often provide Fast Metro Delivery. If you have ordered a custom furniture piece, delivery can take up to 12 weeks depending on the design.
4. Can I return my rug or furniture if I change my mind?

Online Purchases: We offer a 14-day return policy for online orders, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

In-Store Purchases: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do provide a 3-day exchange policy if the item is damaged or does not match your order.

5. Do you ship rugs and furniture Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in Australia! We even offer Free Metro Delivery on many items. For remote areas in WA, NT, QLD, or TAS, please contact us for a specific shipping quote. We also offer Warehouse Pickup (usually ready in 2-5 business days).

7. Is there a warranty on your furniture?
Absolutely. We provide a 12-month structural warranty on our timber furniture and lounge frames. We also offer a 12-month warranty on mechanisms (for recliners) and stitching/coverings (for leather, fabric, and velvet).
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. If you have any issues, simply email us at info@qualityrugsandfurniture.com.au.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
