For most online orders within Australia, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. For metro areas, we often provide Fast Metro Delivery, and delivery includes free basic assembly and setup at no extra cost. If you have ordered a custom furniture piece, delivery can take up to 12 weeks depending on the design.

4. Can I return my rug or furniture if I change my mind?

• Online Purchases: We offer a 14-day return policy for online orders, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• In-Store Purchases: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do provide a 3-day exchange policy if the item is damaged or does not match your order.
• Please note: Sale items and soft furnishings (like mattresses and pillows) are non-refundable.

Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in Australia in 5 to 10 business days! We even offer Free Metro Delivery on many items. For remote areas in WA, NT, QLD, or TAS, please contact us for a specific shipping quote. We also offer Warehouse Pickup (usually ready in 2-5 business days).

10. What size rug do I need for my living room, dining table or bedroom?

As a general guide, a living room rug should be large enough for the front legs of your sofa and chairs to sit on it, which usually means at least 200x290cm. For a dining table, choose a rug that extends at least 60-70cm beyond the table edge on all sides so chairs stay on the rug when pulled out.
