1. Purpose

This policy outlines payment terms, deposits, balances, delivery conditions and customer obligations to ensure strong cashflow and compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Pricing & Quotes

  • All prices include GST unless stated otherwise 
  • Quotes valid for 7 days
  • Orders confirmed only upon receipt of deposit

3. Deposit Requirements

  • Standard orders: 50% deposit
  • Custom/special orders: 100% upfront
  • Clearance/floor stock: 100% upfront

4. Balance Payments

Full payment must be received prior to delivery, dispatch, or collection. Goods will not be released until payment is cleared.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery dates are estimates only and subject to stock availability. Delivery is scheduled only after full payment is received.

6. Layby Terms

  • Minimum 20% deposit
  • Maximum 12-week term
  • Missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind or custom orders. Refunds will be provided where required under ACL for faulty goods.

8. Late Payments

Outstanding balances will be followed up via reminders. Orders unpaid after 14–21 days may be cancelled and deposit retained.

9. Storage Fees

Storage fees may apply if goods are not collected or paid within 7 days of availability.

10. Legal Rights

Ownership of goods remains with the company until payment is made in full.

11. Staff Responsibilities

Staff must clearly communicate all payment terms at the point of sale.
