For in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day exchange policy on unused items to ensure your selection perfectly fits your space. Please note that "Change of Mind" returns are generally not eligible for a refund, and certain items—such as sale products and soft furnishings (mattresses, pillows, etc.)—are excluded for hygiene and health reasons.
